This weekend is a bit busier than usual with the Martin Luther King holiday and the improvement in the weather. Despite the cold temperatures, today is bright and sunny and without the brisk wind we had the past few days, it almost feels balmy. I called my brother in Chicago and they were housebound with temperatures of 40 below zero with the wind chill! Makes our temperatures much more tolerable.
There is a celebration tomorrow sponsored by Cape Cod Community College in celebration of Martin Luther King's birthday. It will be held the Federated Church of Hyannis on Main Street at 3:00pm.
