The holidays are over and the flurry of activity on Cape for the month of December is over. Decorations are down and we at the Tidewater are going to use this quiet time to upgrade our rooms in order to improve our guests' experience. Last year we completed extensive work improving the exterior of the buildings: new roofs, new fence around our outdoor pool and entrance, painting of all buildings, privacy dividers in our water view balconies, and new and expanded flower beds are a few of the improvements.
This month we will painting all the rooms and updating the furniture in the entire complex. By late spring, all the rooms will be freshly painted and the rooms will have a more contemporary and fresh look with the new furniture. The Tidewater is an older property, but we're always doing something to improve the appearance and our guests' experience.
Of course, we're still open during this period and to entice our guests to visit during this quiet time, we are offering the following special for January: one night $59.99, two nights $99.99 and for the greatest savings, three nights for $129.99. Come, relax, and enjoy our indoor heated pool and new hot tub.
