Harwich Cranberry Arts and Crafts Festival

Cape Cod has many festivals throughout the year and my favorite are in the fall. This weekend, September 12-14, the 32nd Annual Harwich Cranberry Arts and Crafts Festivals is held in Harwich. This festival, which offers something for the whole family, is considered one of the top festivals in the country. It features carnival rides, bands, food, and one of the finest arts and crafts fairs which is held under four giant tents at Harwich High School. Friday night at 8PM will feature fireworks at Red River Beach.

There is a $7 admission to the fairgrounds and children under 12 have free admission. On Saturday, there are free shuttle buses around town. All this fun and the proceeds go a non-profit group that gives assistance to local children in need. Visit their website, www.harwichcranberryfestival.org or call 508-432-7166 for more information.

The Tidewater is only 15 to 20 minutes from Harwich and we are offering a Manager's Special rate of $79.99 for the weekend.
