Cape Cod Health and Wellness Expo takes place this weekend, Friday October 9th and Saturday October 10th. At the expo you'll get ideas on how to live a healthier, happier life. Doors will be open Friday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
There will be workshops and demos by some of Cape Cod's leading health and wellness professionals on such topics as stress management, nutrition & fitness, orthopedics & joint replacement, hand surgery, neurosurgery, vision health, sleep disorders, hearing loss, alternative therapies and long-term care, health tests & screenings,
"Ask the Doctor" sessions on such issues as Sleep Disorders, Hand Surgery and Neurosurgey.
The health expo is free. Visit www.CapeCodHealthExpo.com. It's also Columbus Day Weekend and the Tidewater's special for the weekend is $99 per night or $79 if you stay 2 or more nights.
