Last day of rain on Cape Cod! Will clear on Thursday...if you need more rainy
day activities we have a print out that we give to customers at the front desk. In addition to the museums that I listed and the Cape Cod Central Railroad fun train you can take the kids to Ryan Entertainment Center for bowling, billiards at Classical Billiards, Bonkerz Party Zone for the young (2-12), and Jump on Us for trampoline fun. These are all indoors and fun for kids and families. All are located in Yarmouth.
Also taking a tour of the very popular Cape Cod Chip factory in Hyannis is fun. When finished you even get a free sample! We still have some rooms for the weekend at the Tidewater. Give us a call at 508-775-6322 for reservations.

Rainy Day Activities on Cape Cod
We've had an absolutely amazing weather this summer... but the rain finally arrived. Feels like a tropical storm. I read an article in the Boston Globe about the wonderful museums on the Cape. Unfortunately when people visit the Cape, museums are not on their mind since beaches are the main attraction. With the predicted rainy weather the next couple of days, maybe it's a good opportunity to visit some of wonderful museums.

Rainy Day Activities on Cape Cod
Who doesn't want beautiful sunny days when they visit Cape Cod, but of course, we know that living in New England, the weather is unpredictable and rain will fall. There's endless things to do when the sun is shining, but what to do when it's raining? I've compiled a list of things to do. Some the the activities are seasonal and I will indicate those.
If you need to get away from the stress you can always spend the day relaxing in our indoor heated pool and hot tub. The room is spacious and cheerful and a great place to read a book, swim, and visit. Call us at the Tidewater, 508-775-6322, or visit our website, http://www.tidewatercapecod.com/ for more information.
And of course, there's exploring the many picturesque towns on the Cape, each with its own personality and flavor in addition to the activities listed below. This is only a fraction of things to do. Feel free to give me your own suggestions.
